Urgent quick fix needed please.

Just picked up my polo from its mot this morn. Got in the car and it was stinking of fart lol. Put the window down and now it wont go back up. I heard a click/clunk sort of noise as it went down. It get to about 4 inches from closed and just goes slow then stops. Any help on what i need to fix it and how to get the window secure for now would be amazing. cheers peeps.

For now just hold the window up button an put your hand flat on the window whilst pushing/sliding it up..

Went back to the garrage. They said it did it on them the first time they opened the window. He said tho motor sounds fine as it goes down no worries. Prob the runners need lubricating as the window "stuck". seems to be working again , just a bit slow so going to lube it up laters.

This happened to mine on the drivers side, get some silicone spray lubricant from Halfrauds and spray it on the rubbers and should gradually speed up
