Nope, I think you'll be just fine. if your riding a really low stance though I'd recommend 15mm.

Here is some pic's for maybe a better idea of my clearance etc. Im runnin 195/45 R15 Yokohama S drives. (these are quite wide 195's imo)
Despite being on FK Coilovers, Im not very low at all you can say.

after that info, will i need my arch's rolled for 20mm spacers?

Right, judging by my calculations your wheels will be sat pretty much exactly the same as mine.
Here's mine:
I only get scrubbing if I'm cornering really hard and hit a bump in the road. In otherwords it's not an issue at this height at all. I was about 10mm lower and that did scrub, but my current stance is lower than you are now, so that irrelevant.
So given that, I'd say you'd be fine!
However.... I have 165/50 tyres, and you have 195/45s. I'm not saying this would make any difference (as your wheels are slightly wider than mine) but it means my calculations can't be 100%.
Hope this helps mate

that does mate, alot. its the stretch that helps im guessing.
195's im worried will cause impact not just rubbing with the arch, if i go over a bump.
anyway im looking at these 20mm hub adapters type, they are steel, which concerns me but they are cheap.
any comments

well thats the thing., mine are only 6j wide, so theres no stretch really. they do add a nice slant to the sidewall tho.
have you considered 15mm to be safe?

15mm wont fit over the spigot on mine
i actually have 2 sets of 15mm spacers that my bro gave me a while back.
they fit perfectly on the fronts but fail on the rears

That sucks. I thought spacers normally accomodate space for the spigot?

VW decided to have longer spigots on the rear hubs for some reason

so im going for 15mm in the front and 20mm at the back
15mm on the front? do you think its too much? win or fail?

i think that'll be nice! although i'm not a personal fan of staggered stances (for understeering reasons) it's still a win for me.

oh dear, i never thought of that.
all ive ever done on my polo is to try and dial out the understeer.
Coilovers
Rear Anti Roll Bar
-1ยบ camber on front wheels
well on Sunday I tried just one spacer on the front just to have a look. I didnt drive it.
with spacer on
with spacer on
Passenger side with no spacer

They do look good. It depends what's more important to you though I suppose. My car is more for looks, but am still not a fan of the whole staggered thing as it literally (although subtly) cripples the handling.
