Hey all,
New to the forum, getting myself a Polo 9N 1.9 TDi Sport on friday, PD100, and enquiring on remaps, i've downsized from a Honda Accord 2.0 Vtec (with the price of fuel nowadays and 25-30mpg) on an 04, approx 150 brake, and as nice as the Polo is, the test drive proved a lack of power, just curious if anyone on here has the same car remapped, and if so, what kind of power increases have you had?

Also, i'm in the north east of England, anyone reccomend anywhere, supposedly theres a place in Darlington (MK4 Golf Centre?) who do Revo remaps, but thought i'd ask

Expect many more posts from me, i've got a fair few things planned for this one

Think you can expect around a 30/40bhp increase there, with a big jump in the torque too :D Revo are meant to be decent, I've heard good things about p-torque too

Looking on the custom code website you can get 135-140 bhp and 220-228 ft/lb torque from a stage 1 remap.

With a stage 2 your looking at 140-150 bhp and 225-235 ft/lb torque

Stage 1 through custom codes is just shy of 400 quid, stage 2 is just shy of 500,

Revo is 350 and giving 145bgp and 225 ft/lb torque although their site states "plus vat where applicable"

even with vat on though it seems cheaper through Revo

Hmm

If it's still available, no date on the post but says

"We are proud to announce for 2008,"

Getting the car in an hour, winner

Ive heard good things about revo remaps, but a few people have said that the power doesnt come in smooth and that its a bit harsh.

DPM performance is in newcastle.
Or Jabba sport if your willing to travel.
