My mum has decided to get rid of her Mk7 because the exhaust sensor keeps going at £200 a pop (this is the 4th time it's went, 1st few times it went under warranty). Now she buying a bloody Mini for 13k! Ok fair enough, the Mini is a good car, but there are so much better cars you can have (Fiat 500 for example). Tried to get them to consider a Mk5 Golf GTI (My Dad just sold his recently and they talked about keeping it as a second car) but my Dad is being stubborn and saying it's what she wants. I don't see the point in buying a car just for the sake of being a fashion accessory

Nothing wrong with a Mini. Think I mite get the Mk2 Cooper S next lol.

for women they are pretty cool cars though, my mrs is trading her beetle in for a mini convertible

I used to keep reserved about them, considering that underneath all the fashion hype they are a good car. But it's past that now for me, they're an absolute joke.

haha love it tim, i wouldnt personally own one ever...but im happy to ride round with the other half in hers
