Hi all,
I am collecting my GTI on the 17th of October and already have a list as long as my arm, this being one of the parts i want, so i am in.
Can't believe VW didn't supply these as standard.
Anyway I am sure I will be speaking to some of you over the next few months to ask for information on upgrades etc.

i messaged vaglink and asked price for 5 of them...its same as 10 so if nobody else puts there name on the list by lets say monday/tuesday? we should order them...what you think guys?

Just realised this is for the "sporty" ones isn't it? :\ think they look a bit crap compared to the GTi ones where the honeycomb goes past the fog light holes and also has a cut out so air can get to the SMIC

yh mate its the sporty ones...i saw these on another site on a gti...they just made a whole for the SMIC. If not interested thats fine.

i've still got the smic so the ones i need are the ones with the cut out for the intercooler so providing we are ordering those ones then ye im game

Fook that, i'll just go for the more expensive option and order a Forge FMIC
Then i don't need the holes for the SMIC!
