25mm adaptors 4X100 to 5X100

Looking to swap my 25mm adaptors for some 20mm adaptors.
Mine are FK hubcentric adaptors, converting 4X100 fitment to 5X100.
Reason being with my current stance, I'm getting a fair bit of scrubbing on my pepperpots.
I'm open to either a swap for 4, or a swap for just 2.
The adaptors MUST be hubcentric.
And the swap may not be able to go down straight away, given that I'm currently at uni, but I'm sure we can work something out.
