Hell yeah! This required a lot of patience, I don't think it was actually near the end of the tank either, something like 42 litres went back in to fill it up.

I get better MPG off the motorway - to get 60+ MPG on the motorway I need to go about 60mph which gets frustrating. That was about half on the motorway and half on the commute to work (B and A roads). I don't think I'll ever do that sort of miles again.

I managed to get something like 400miles out of my old 1.2, don't have a photo unfortunately

600 miles on a tankful. Was it Diesel or Petrol?

i could get that but get bored lol manged to get 75 mpg out of me mapped 130 that was 50/55 ish did get bit bored tho could not do it for too long lol go insane

i just got 300 of a full tank, 1.4 petrol and i was driving slowly.... i want a diesel

jb-uk i would definitely recommend a diesel i had a polo sport 1.4 before and it doesnt compare the diesel is so much smoother and nicer to drive imo and tuning it is alot easier as well if you want to go that extra mile...

Everyone could get that mileage from a VAG diesel...... the point is that it required patience!

i managed just under 500 in my 1.2 12V polo

dont even ask how i managed it because even i dont know!

i am deffo gona get a diesel next time, i want an easy remap

easy to do, but like you said dave its sooooo boring. i got 52.7mph doing 80mph on cruise for 3 hours the other day
