How do i remove the dashboard guy's?????????

Im wanting by dashboard out to have some work done, i now the bottom half has torque screws, but i need to know how the vent and radio facia come out and if its safe to drive with it all off???
same for the gearstick surround????
Any help or how to would be helpfull!

Centre console is just torx screws, all the lower panels on both sides, pop the radio out and there's two bolts holding the centre vent panel in, the side vent panels pop are just clipped in.
I'm not 100% sure about the main dash, I would guess that it's held in either side with a large bolt, that is probably accessible after removing the lower panels. may be wrong though.
With everything out I would imagine it's not drivable, as you've got to remove the clocks etc to get it all out.
