Mercedes wheels (16x8)

Post by Veedub9n »

This pains me to do this so it isnt a definate for sale thread so just a feeler atm. These were going to be my winters, but they are too good to be winter wheels imo.
I travelled all the way to essex and back to collect them so they wouldnt get damaged during transport (500+mile round trip)

They are merc 8 holes (took me a few months to find a really good set that were 8s not the more common 7.5s).

5x112

Et34

They have been freshly refurbed. The faces are polished and have been lacquered over. The shine they get when the sun hits them is unreal. The backs of the wheels are painted.

I bought them without tyres. The wheels were never fitted onto another car by the previous owner. I have since had brand new tyres (195/40 falkens) fitted and the stretch is bang on. The tyres have not seen tarmac yet. Ive trial fitted 1 wheel but the car was jacked up all the time. They still have the white writting on the tread of the tyres, so they are literally brand new!!

They have brand new merc centre caps with them.

The wheels bolt holes have been bored out to 14mm from the standard merc 12mm so they will fit the adaptors. You will require longer bolts to make these fit but they are easy to get hold of and adaptors if your stud pattern isnt 5x112

The only fault with the wheels is 1 has a small mark on them which the refurber did not remove. But its hardly that noticable.

The wheels have been sealed both fronts and backs with poorboys wheel sealant and zymol wax to protect them.

Collection preferred. Courier at the expence of the buyer.

Just what the owe me all in....£550 ono
