Will these fit ?

Hiya I bought a polo 9n 1.4 a few months back and I've always wanted to do something suttle to it votex kit, alloys, coilovers, black out windows etc. So first things first i'm wanting some 17" replica RS8 alloys for my car. I found some that are multistud so should fit....?? But not sure about the tyres. They are 225/45/17 And the thing is there brand new tyres so don't really wanna take them off to put some different ones on. Any comments welcome !
