iv got a 100 tdi pd does this 160 intake make a big difference to the standard one? if so what differences would i see?

no, it doesn't make much difference IMO. I'm at 130bhp though, so maybe it does at 180bhp?

i have a 16o intake and mapped only thing i noticed was it spooled up better

slightly more air, makes a differnce but nothing really noticable.
