Polo GTI engine transplant kit

I bought this as a project a few weeks ago... But I just managed to smash the front of my GTI into something hard on my way home... there is a lot of damage.... going to cost me a LOT to repair
My aim with this was to blueprint the engine and rebuild it with performance in mind.
I have already started cleaning up the head with the aim of matching the ports a little better...
At the moment the engine has been carefully stripped down with all the parts labeled and bagged...
The engine block is on my engine stand ready to be cleaned and painted before re-assembling it.
Ther is a box of about £300 worth of brand new VW parts (rings, shells, seals etc).
As well as the engine are:
All electrical items, (alternator, coil, loom, ECU, Climatronic control system)
Inlet manifold with throttle body
Exhaust manifold
Both driveshafts
5 sp gearbox. (needs a new 5th gear syncro)
Basically.. bolt the engine back together again, slot in a 5th speed syncro... and then plonk this lot in your 6N or 6N2 polo and get GTI power
