It fits but you need:

Wings (9n3 wings dont have side repeaters)
bonnet
front bumper
lights
slam panel

Think thats it....??

if the 9n3 wings dont have repeaters does that mean i'd have to replace the door mirrors for the 9n3 ones, which include the repeater.

its easy  u just need to shave off a little of the inner wing and so that the lights fit in, then bolt on all the parts, bonnet, bumper wings lites, grils, slam panel, front panel.

Zedzo, have you done it or is yours a 9n3? Regarding side repeaters, if it was me, I'd swap wing mirrors too and sort the wiring out...wouldn't take long to whip something up.

mines an original 9n3  but we ve dealt with lots of polos at the bodyshop and i know a person thats dun it, so its pretty easy, i used to have a 9n3 years ago that had the quatre from a 9n which is the same from the back anyway  however i heard sumthin about the rear glass. not sure tho but it all fit.
i remember from one of my mates 9n u just shave the inner wing so that the lite can sit inside the panel properly. nothin big  its all bolt on from there.

Yep, it's the same from the front wings backwards, although the tailgate is different hence the different glass. The 9n3's glass at the bottom has a slight 'V' shape compared to the 9n which is flat. I prefer the 9n tailgate, but the 9n3 front...

Im doing this conversion on mine :D

Have all the parts, all i need now is the slam panel and crash bar.

Luckily i got all my parts cheap but now the big save for the bodyshop price is on lol

Yeah as the guys have said above simply shave the inner wings so headlight sits nice and flush.

By saying shaving the inner wings, do you mean you can fit 9n3 headlights to 9n front fenders???

From my research what you need
*Headlights
*Cradle (so that the lights can bolt to it)
*Front bumper
*Bonnet
*Front fenders
*Wing mirrors
*Lots of paint...

hahah no ruan the inner wing means the metal under the fender, so when you take the fender off there is a thick metal support that holds the fenders up. u trim a tiny amount at the front of the inner wing, so the back of the 9n3 light has enough room to go back :D understand?

the rest of the parts you mention seem fine,

Front panel ( Cradle )
Slam Panel ( Crash bar )
Wings ( Fenders )
Bonet
Bumper
Headlights
n Lots of Paint :)

n wing mirors if you want

I understand
I priced this conversion over here, the conversion rate if I remember correctly is 12 to 1 from pounds to our currency. Roughly 1000 pounds, thats paint and parts.

I had a look at a 9n3 the other day but it's just not worth it to sell my car and buy another one
Just got a cupra vnt1749vb onto my pd100 and makes 120kw 400nm now which is not bad for a pd100

I personally dont see any point of changing the front of a 9N to a 9N3  If you really want a 9N3 better to save money and buy one! But again thats my personal opinion ;)
