2008 Candy White FR - Swap/part ex for mk7 gti

Not entirely sure on this sale but will see how it goes. Just fancying a change. Here's the spec:
2008 ‘57’ plate Seat Ibiza FR pd130
Candy White
30,500 miles (will go up as used daily for work commute)
FSH, always done every 10k. First stamp Seat dealer, 2nd and 3rd at a v.a.g specialist. Last service was just after 28k.
1 previous owner
Exterior:
Candy white paint
Gloss black B-pillars
Colour coded side strips
Carbon Fibre wing mirrors (only mk4 I have seen with these on)
Carbon Fibre front grill surround and badge
Headlight protectors
Leon Cupra R front splitter
Fog lights tinted yellow (easy to remove film if not to taste)
Interior:
Audi TT pedals
Custom FR footrest to match the TT pedals
Carbon fibre vinyl center console
Chassis:
Solid wishbone bushes (standard ones make the tyres wear uneven due to excessive play)
Weitec Coilovers
Whiteline Rear Anti-roll bar
Seat Sport Strut brace
Porsche Twist wheels painted Audi Lava Grey late last year with tyres that have covered around 2000 miles. 195-40’s on the front, 205-40’s on the rear. Front wheels are 7j and rears are 8.5. 25mm adapters up front and 30’s out back
Audi TT brake conversion with 312mm grooved and drilled discs with ebc redstuff pads
Super-pro poly bushed rear engine mount (picks up tons quicker in and between gears, limits wheelhop and spin when it boosts, increases cabin vibration but not much and is easily reversible if not to taste)
Had the tracking set up with Dunlop motorsport gauges. (all mk4 ibizas suffer from pulling to the left abit, this has been greatly reduced by the solid wishbone bushes and tracking set-up, car does not suffer from the dreaded inner tyre wear mk4’s are renowned for)
Engine:
Custom Code stage 1 map (164hp and 272ftlb’s torque, rr graph present)
Pd160 intake with green cotton filter (added after rolling road)
Rare Seat Sport engine cover
Bad Points:
Couple of MINOR stonechips here and there. Expected as its primarily a motorway cruiser. I’d say that’s literally it to be honest!
Price is 10250 ono, will consider swaps and part exchanges. Ideally after a mk7 polo gti in candy white
Can either pm or email on [email protected]
Based in North Yorkshire
Pictures:

'maverick' sticker isnt on anymore, was just a joke between mates!
Cheers
Scott
