If its a rubbery creak then it will probably be the TCA rear voided bushes. With the car on level ground, apply the handbrake and leave out of gear, now grab each front wheel and try to move it back and forwards, if it moves a lot AND yoy hear rubbery creaking then you have found the problem. If that is what is wrong, get some solid Seat Ibiza Cupra replacements fitted. Of course, dempending how well you are describing this noise, it could be a dry drop link or a broken road spring - or as said ARB bushes.

The arb bushes were changed not long ago (with the arb) and drop links are changed too bushes are on the way and my brother thinks it could be more serious like the steering rack it a bit like a metal noise spose. Sorry can't really explain it I can say that the faster I am moving the quieter it is if that helps

When the ARB gets replaced the crossmember gets dropped, some engines have the exhaust passing under the crossmember, 1.4 petrol engine for instance, and the others have the exhaust passing over the top of this crossmember. If the exhaust has not been reconnected correctly the alignment will be wrong and it can make contact with the crossmember and either, just touch it at certain revs and/or engine loading, or be fouling it heavily in which case it might again make more noise when its lightly touching under certian conditions. Maybe have a good look what the exhaust clearance is near the region of this crossmemebr.
