iam thinking of putting some 16" alloys on my polo when its lowerrd 55mil but the alloys have those tyres tht re syretched over the alloy. maybe a daft question but do they off the same grip and stability as normal low profiles as ill be using the car everyday.

never seen these tyres on a car before on the road, only seem to be on for show !!!

depends on how much stretch mate, you can run a little stretch fine with no probs but if they are really stretched then the side-walls are prone to going and wouldnt recommend everyday use... especially not if doing motorway speeds
