Hey all, I'm buying a new head unit for my car tomorrow, and i'm looking at this:

and i was thinking i might as well upgrade the speakers while i'm there. I'm on a budget, and i don't want to get a sub, but i'd like some speakers with plenty of clear bass cool.gif


I'm not really all that clued into the audio scene, but i was looking at these:

I have a strict budget of £50 and I really don't want to change the existing speaker wiring, so plug and play would be greatly appreciated!

Don't bother upgrading the speakers until you've got the head unit in. For £50 you probably won't get any improvement over the standard ones without an amp.

Will any 6.5" work in the car or are there certain ones which wont fit? Was thinking of getting some Type-Rs
