hi all
egr delete what does it do? increase bhp gains?
front mount intercooler?
how much bhp increase would i get i already have it mapped and its making 146bhp and 240lbft

Won't be any difference. U would need to get it mapped again after fitting the fmic. Exhaust from turbo back with Decat be best prob

egr pointless yet, either hybrid turbo, fmic, full exhaust from turbo, decat (sounds mental) , and then your runin atleast 180s youd prbly need injectors after that aswel.

what we looking money wise guys to hit some nice figures?
ive currently got the same car as dub dan (i think lol) a 1.9tdi 100bhp 9n
looking to get it mapped which should take it to 146bhp, but if im gonna do it i want a bit more, what else do i need to do and how much am i looking? induction? exhaust?
also when do i need to get worried about the clutch and other parts that wont be able to handle the power?

map it first its enough for some people. clutch last its the flywheel that messed up on mine. exhaust would be helpfull. induction kit rubbish on disel sounds ite tho.

Fair enough but just wanna find out all the info before hand please lol
So a map would take it to 146bhp, what would be needed to get it to say the 180bhp mark and what would it cost me?

Remap
Don't know how much the remap and FMIC would cost, but the injectors and turbo can be picked up for under £600. May be able to (just) get 180hp out of a 1749VA, but I'm not sure it'd be too happy...And btw, make sure you sort out the brakes whilst your at it. IMO, The stock 256mm aren't adequate for much over 140hp...
