Im going to get a polo for my first car and just wanted to know what the different variations there are of the 1.4. Im thinkin of gettin and SE but wanted to know the differences between that and the MATCH.

Also wanted to know which models come with climatronic, Thanks

Match had a different seat trim with red/blue/black/green and dark grey fabric

Just been looking at it for my car and found I've got one or two extras..

that link above shows everything...really good to see what the differences are. but remember when they were bought new some people added extras to it when it was being built, so although you might go for an se with a sunroof - it could also have had air con put in as an optional extra. also a lot of people change or add things to cars all the time, so someone might have put cupholders into an E model.... and maybe changed the interior to SE seats...

E is the basic and i dont even think u get electric windows :/
then theres the S which is next step up - some have the colour coded interior, some are just plain.
and the SE which is like the fully loaded model, with better interior

colour concepts have the best spec i think.... leather seats, air con the lot.


and you can get them all (i think!!) in the 1.4 8V and 1.4 16v


you can use the reg to work out which model it is - cant remember which site i used but theres a few which specifies it for you. then just ask the seller if its got the other bits...air con or sunroof, cup holders..... some people take them out to sell!
