Does anyone know if we can get hold of replacement seat recliner handle thingies? My 3-door only came with one, and i think its broken - are they supposed to come completely off if you pull hard enough?

Any help or advice appreciated...

I too have this issue with passengers pulling the handle off. It does come off quite easily but I haven't really thought on how to go about fixing it without glue!

It's hard to explain...

But the handle which comes off pushes into the seat mechanism. Imagine a protruding rectangle on the handle going into a matching slot in the mech. Sandwiched between the two is a little metal fixing which is moulded over handles protruding rectangle, this has teeth which dig into the mechs slot. I.e. Once it's in it shouldn't come out... Obviously with time this can break or become weak.

Best analogy I can think of imagine a willy going into a foo foo, but the boys willy has teeth facing towards the boy.. Once it's in the girls foo foo it's not coming out...

I have the same problem too, everytime somebody gets in the back they pull the handle off.

I honestly couldn't tell you...

Mine does it on the passenger side, but I find it more funny when passengers pull it off and I tell them they broke my car. Girls will do anything to make it up to me... anything

Okay - jokes aside, I only have one of these! I need another one so at the very least I have one for each seat. I guess I could get something made up. But I want the car to be as original as possible...

Any ideas?

You want the little clips that hold the tilt handles on yes?

Ha ha, I was having a bad day at work... I work in a factory, in an office full of windows which is then surrounded with hot polish girls working... It's a hard life...
