Does any body know how to remove the door pins??

Sorry forgot to get back to you Simon.

Tools needed:
* Pair of pliers
* A towel/rag

To remove the pins, just put the rag over the old pins, turn them 180 degrees and just pull them off. Then do the opposite to put them back on (using the towell so not to scratch the new ones)

well got them off ok........BUT i've scratched one of the new ones......buggered up how far they go down when they lock .

Problem being that the new ones are slightly too long (or it could be me being an utter spanner) and they're catching on something inside the door, so my idea is to shorten the new pins to the length of the old ones!?!

Any how is there any chance at all of another set?? same price??

also notice that i've managed to break both the plastic bits that surround/support the door pin
