Admins / mods - new member joining issue

Had a guy PM me on UK Polos about some stuff and he said he's been trying to join our forums but is having a few issues...

No worries, and yeah I've been trying to join UK-Polos for a while but the security check code you have to type in never matches for me, and I have pretty good eyesight?! Anyway I tried emailing you but it got bounced back, and I tried emailing the admin to try and join manually but that got bounced back as well..... Don't worry about the shameless plug...... I want to join!

His user name on there is JamieG172, which I presume is the same one he's trying to use here. Can anyone help?

Has he tried using a different computer?

I can register him, and then he can change his password, but ill need the details from the register sheet PM'd to me so I can fill in the necessarys
