Removing Dashboard Buttons

Any body know how to remove the dash board buttons like in the picture below?

The best way is to take out the radio first and push them out with your finger. Or you can risk scratching them and use a butterknife or something.

Hmmm i think with my bad luck at the moment i'll go for the longer and safer option and take the stereo out!!

Somtimes they come out when you hoover the dash- yes i hoover the dash as it helps clean the stubborn dust that settles. try it before you pull stuff out of your dash then try the other method, you never know

your not the only one, my buttons have never come out that way!! And i thought dyson's were ment to have stong power 
Screwdriver + Rag Works for me.

Rap a duster or rag around a broad but thin screwdriver and lever it off. Worked for me without a scratch.
Just a though. I levered off my badges on an older polo and scratched the paint work (Doh) but I didn't use a cloth. Nobody told me that a hair dryer or paint stripper (for god sake, from a distance!!) will melt the glue and the badges will pratically fall off.
Preparation is everything.
