Hi most of you will remember me from a few years back with the white 9n3 gti black roof etc well i sold that and have had a mk5 r32 but that is now going. Pick up my 60 reg polo gti on monday in red with winterpack cant wait to start moddin. Glad to be back in the polo scene. Chris

Ive got a red one on order....thought i would be the first red owner.

I fancied a change from white this time to cant wait to get mine (March hopefully)

Mate ive been in a remapped boca......rapid!!!!!

Linked to the dsg i just keeps pulling and pulling.....best part of 100kgs lighter than our model.

See this month redline mag........2 bocas in there with 220 bhp

I know beasts been on to revo for a map just waiting a response, 220 will be sweet my old polo was near that and rapid, also want a nice exhaust roar too !!! Can't wait to pick it up just gotta demod my golf this weekend kw coils to remove and porsche alloys and intake exhaust take me all Saturday lol. Glad another red owner white was the colour but red is in ha ill post pics when I can !!!

revo still in development for polo gti be Early next year well it will let it bed in first

It does look great in Red. It's just like the one my dealer had as a demo in Oct. I was lucky enough to have it for a couple of days before it was sold and I really loved it. I had never had a polo before as I had always had golfs. I also have come from a MKV (Edition 30) so you will be making a similar change to me in performance terms.

Now my Polo GTI (see New to the Forum thread for pics) has done 900 miles I don't need to be gentle with it anymore and I am having so much fun in it. However we now have a few inches of snow so have to take it easy for a few days. The plus side of this is that it's great on petrol compared to the golf.

Thanx for comments love the golf just toomuch for tax anf fuel tbh, love the sound thats what ill miss, had a 9n3 polo gti the white one that was 215 bhp loved that, more fun than golf. Cant wait for the new polo keep emailing revo to hurry up with the remap as those ibizas are pritty quick 220bhp watched a few vids of them , but vw has added security since 2010 hard to crack!! Bet the edition 30 was fast 300bhp remapped nearly got one instead of r32.

Good luck with collecting the Polo GTI tomorrow, would be interested in your opinion. Back to the Edition 30, yes it was quick, put a very big smile on my face every time I drove it. However so does the Polo GTI.

Picked her up today love can't really drive it as so icy and snowy here but initial reports are good so quiet compared to my r lol exhaust needed ha. Really refined compared to the 9n3 I had, picked it up when it was dark so I'll take pics tomo happy it had iPod connector in glove box and love the heated seats and mfd. I'll post a better eview when the weather improves
