VAG-COM Owner / Potential Users in SE London area?

Anybody out there with the above that I can pop down and see. Specifically interested in cruise control. How do you do the retro fit?

I have been looking into buying this neet piece of hardware (shame you cant remap the ECU) and was wondering if anyone would be interested in going in on it with me, or if I bought it outright how many people in above area would be interested in renting its facilities. What is the typical charge for its use from a garage?
