Revo Teknic V. Remaping ECU

Haven't seen this mentioned, but the Revo seems to be a nice bit of hardware that allows you to remap ECU, at will, to presets.
Listed at £499 for Polo Diesel PD-100. and that's the simplest one.

the nice thing is they allow you to trial it. They upload to your ECU and it lasts for four hours b4 resetting your ECU.
Anyone tried this or has experience. Do you think it's worth it or just stick with remapping the traditional way? Apreciate any info/feedback.
