Polo 1.4tdi twist engine cover

Can anyone tell me if this came with a plastic engine cover?

When you say engine cover i assume you are talking about the 1 on the top of the engine and not the engine cover thats underneath the car? Either way the polo should have both engine covers as my old one use to.

Depends what age, my 52plate 1.2 E Spec does have one but our 55plate 1.2 S Spec doesn't!! So not sure whether your twist should have one or not

ALL 9ns should. VW decided to save money and didn't give some of the 9n3s one. if it's missing, no big deal though...

i've got a 2003 twist 1.4 tdi, mine came with an engine cover.

if its the 9n 1.4tdi then yes it would have come with an engine cover as std. also the lower sump cover came as std. some of the 9n3's didn't come with engine cover particularly the petrol units prefer the engines with the cover as makes it look tidier and they're easy to remove when it comes to servicing it.
