Hi guys, as above, got a set of gti wheels for sale, with tyres, have around 3mm of tread I think, will have to check again, lips will definately need refurbishing, centres aren't too bad, based in Leeds & looking for £270ono

Dont want to sound harsh mate but you would be lucky to get £150 for a set in that condition (even with tyres).
If you spend £100 on them getting them refurbed to a good standard then you could probably ask £350-400 for the set but I cant see you getting much interest at £270 in their current state.

The outer rims you can do yourself and your probably looking at £25 per centre for getting them painted at a bodyshop.

Got to spend money to make money when it comes to alloy wheels

Cheers for the info mate, their actually for a mate & neither one of us know what to price them at & neither do we wanna make money on them, but I can refurb them for anyone for a pretty decent price if need be, offers considered

No worries mate, they are nice wheels and are always in demand but 9 times out of 10 people want them to be already refurbed.

No probs mate, may just get them refurbed & maybe put them back up for sale

3mm tyres are worthless mate.

How much realistically for the rims as they are? Need to factor in around £150 for a half decent refurb really.

If I bought em I'd need to spray them up clearly, so how much can sell them for and where are you based

Selling mine for £200 as they have 6-7 mm tread on toyo tr1 tyres

Nah you can buy em in better condition on eBay for cheaper
