Full dealer Parts catalogue on line?

Does anyone know if and where the full parts list for VW cars can be found online?
You know the one the dealers pull up infront of you when you're standing at their parts counter.
It's got to be online SOMEWHERE. Can't belive that VW keep sending out CD's every time they change the design or spec of a part or car.
I only ask because "Looks like the 3 cylinder engines might..." by Nelson Wilbury looks as though the picture from is from one of those images you get from the dealer's computer system.
