in all seriousness a kerb ripped off a corner of my splitter and now i cant put it back on lol am i just being feeble or is there actually a trick to it ?,

how is everyone long time since i posted! the progress some people have made is actually outstanding... show season here/approaching

I remember when I fitted one to my old diesel I couldn't get it on at one side. A rubber mallet in the middle should get it to reach out enough to the edges and fit on just fine. I wouldn't use a mallet though if you have it colour coded. Perhaps just a good old thump?

I also cannot get one side on. Has been like it for ages now. I have have not had the time to remove the bumper to try again. A mallet never worked, as all it did was bend in the body work, so there was no back pressure behind it to force the splitter in!
