oh and are shocks and springs the same as coilovers but you cant adjust them?

are they a good coilover then and im not bothered only want a 40 mm drop max as iv got 17" exors on the car... just want it to look smart.

It's a lowering spring and an uprated shock. It won't be as good as kw or gaz but on the road u will hardly notice the diference.
