6n2 electric window runner clips

Hi folks, hopefully some one can help me out here!
I have recently dismantled my passenger window mechanism due to regulator failure but when doing so i snapped one of the grey clips on the runners that hold onto the window. one is beyond repair and the othe possibly salvage-able.
do any of you know where i can buy replacement clips for the runners? looked on ebay but dont seem to have what im looking for.
i have checked the DIY guides but no help there, any help woild be amazing!

Will get a pic to you asap, just recently moved and dont know where my caamera is etc.

Ive done the same thing, how do you free the wire from the clip?

I just pulled them out mate but you need to push them in using a fair bit of force!

These are perfect spec and work very very well, if, of course, they are what you're after.

Sorry if I'm hijacking the thread, my friend's polo has one runner lower than the other, to the point where basically only one runner is actually latched on and moving the window up / down. What can I do to correct this?

I just put a screw through mine, been fine for over 2 years now
I dont like buying things unless its absolutely necessary.
