Hi, I have been looking around the forum for a couple of weeks now, and thought it was about time I said hello.
My girlfriend bought a SEL 1.2 diesel last September, we think it looks better than the current Golf. I was looking at cars as a Christmas present for myself, and originally I had wanted to get a Scirocco GT TDI 170. After realising that the Scirocco was little bit too expensive I visited the VW dealer with the intention to buy the Scirocco TSI, but whilst I was at the dealership I saw the book on the Polo GTI, and instantly fell in love.
Acting like a 10 year old child, I could not wait for a factory order. The five day wait for it to be delivered from another dealership was bad enough. The Polo I bought was already fitted with the winter pack and the RNS 310 sat nav, not extras I would normally get but definitely very nice, just waiting for the dealership to be able to retro fit cruise control.
Any way here are some pics.

With a car like that you must keep it pristine;)
