hi,was just wondering if when you remove the tweeters from the doors can u remove the mesh part and spray that piece seperatly or is it all one piece?

Yeah you can spray the mesh seperate mate. There are a few mesh tongs that just fold over the plastic outer cover, but be careful as the mesh tongs may snap just go slow mate....

also do u have to remove the whole doorcard or is it just the screw on the side?

I beleive the door card needs to come off so you can take it off without snapping anything
