3.25 litres will do nicely mate, change the filter too though

overfill is overkill 
I had to replace a lot of engine parts when i overfilled mine, ended up costing about £150 in parts to rectify the cock up of putting too much in.
I also still have oil coming out the back if i boot it as its sitting in the exhaust still, glad i haven't got a cat or that would have almost guaranteed to needed to be replace as well.
