UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Bit of a late post, but oh well.. Anyway, I've owned my polo for 6 months now, and since owning it, theres been this ANNOYING sound which comes from the passenger seatbelt buckle, but you can only hear it when theres no one sitting in the passenger side seat. Has anyone come across this problem before? If so, HOW DO YOU GET RID OF IT?!
Another thing, I'm missing the small plastic seat cover opposite to the seatbelt buckle, does anyone know the part number or how much it would roughly cost from vw?!

i have this problem in my wifes polo, its the seatbelt stalk on mine. plug the pass side seatbelt in when your driving it and see if it goes away, i just got a spare one and swapped it, bliss!!

Popped down the stealers this morning, and bought the seat trim end piece, set me back just over £5, but unfortunately they dont have any in stock, so im gonna have to pick it up on monday. They also gave me a roll of felt tape, they said it should remove the rattling noise. Haven't applied it yet, so cant say much, but ill let you guys know what the outcome is.
