What size cable for cruise control ??

I am going to look at fitting my cruise control stalk over the weekend, does anyone know what size cable I need to make the loom up with ??
I am thinking of getting a 4 core cable rather than running individual cables and then taping them up.

I used good ol' speaker wire!

I got myself some 1mm cable in the end but it was too big really for the installation and was extremely hard work at the ECU plug end to get the cables in.
All sorted now though and working sweet
