2006 Polo GTi - Flash Red
Posted: Thu Aug 18, 2011 11:28 pm
Decided its time to move on to a new car now, ive had this car since september last year and i only tend to keep a car a year normally.
Will genuinely be sad to see this go as its been a awesome car, defiantly my favourite so far.
Il start with the normal stuff first:
2006 9n3 Polo GTi
- Mileage 52400
- MOT was done in late May, No advisories at all
- Tax at least 6 months remaining (will confirm this tomorrow as well)
- Full service history, last one carried out at the same time as the MOT by a VW specialist. (i also change the oil and filter in between services because im anal like that lol)
- Cambelt also carried out at the same time as the MOT and Service, again done by the VW Specialist.
- Interlagos Tartan seats (personally think these are a million times nicer than the leather option)
- 6 CD Changer
- 3 Door
- All recepts kept, very comprehensive service history.
Paint is immaculate (not even got any some chips on the front)
No Dents at all
Always kept well waxed and cleaned regularly
Drives like a dream
Recent discs and pads on front and rear
Modifications
- Lowered on AP Coilovers - Not your eBay cheapo's and ride really nicely (not too much stiffer than standard)
- Calibre Vintage Wheels - 17x8 all round, 205/40/17 tyres all round with 50% or more tread length
- Nue Speed rear anti roll bar - Makes a huge difference to the drive and these are £££££
- Custom Stainless Steel Cat Back Exhaust - Made by ProSpeed in Cardiff who use mainly milltek components (sounds like the standard exhaust when cruising along or on the motorway, but roars if you put your foot down)
- Forge silicone intake pipe (standard ones are known to close up on boost and choke the power)
- Forge 007p Diverter Valve
- Boost gauge in a custom pod i made in the drivers side air vent so you still get the air flow (gauge looks standard as its black and lights up identical to the clocks, many people have asked if its factory fitted)
- Genuine Reiger Tuning front splitter (rare as rocking horse poop, and i don't mean edition or eBay rare. Real rare) looking about £300 once you've imported it from the only supplier in germany
- Honey Combe Lower Grilles
- Stage 1 Remap from P-Torque in Birmingham, it made 210bhp on the rollers (with before and after rolling road print out) i couldn't recommend him more, my project and my next daily are both going back there
Think thats the lot lol.
After £7750 as it stands and will listen to sensible offers.
Any questions feel free to ask
If the car doesn't sell i will be putting it back to standard and re-advertising it at a lower price.
