I tried to join the RAF at 18 but I wasnt allowed in.

Im a (expert) traffic managment operitive, in a nutshell i do lane closures, road closures diversions, convoys and all that other fun stuff that anoys everyone else on the road. ps when you insult me or beep your horn as you go past it amuses me keep them coming

I'm an Arboriculturalist, I deal with all things trees. Pruning, removing, planting, and more recently, surveying for design and construction on development sites.

Long hours in all weathers, but I love it.

Slight career change... Joining the army instead lol TA to begin with to get a feel for it as I don't have a 4 year minimum with them then will transfer to regular full time... Had my fitness test today... Pissed it the sarge even said I showed great teamwork and leadership skills.

Working mainly on the MBT Leopard 2A5 tank that's currently operating in the Helmand province, Afghanistan.

I work in Software Testing, which contrary to popular belief isn't playing games all day (I wish!). I also dabble in a bit of 3rd Line Support, because we test the software, it apparently makes us 'experts'. I work with six blokes in total, I'm the only female in the whole IT department, which means I put up with a lot of mickey taking, but don't worry, I give as good as I get and I've been there over five years now, so I must enjoy the constant banter.

I am a Emergency Medical Tech (not a ambulance driver lol although I do drive at times).

I'm a doctor, specialized in spinal cord injury

Formerly a Captain in the Royal Irish Regiment, I now work as a Hostile Environments Instructor.

Stopped one in Afghan in 2006, serving with 3 PARA. Had just come back from Baghdad and felt immortal.
