9n3 1.8 20vt conversion

iv got a 9n3 polo 1.4tdi, my mate is breaking his mk4 golf, and im wanting help and info on the conversion, iv been told the engine is a straight swap on to the same mounts although i dont know weather its true? in the next few days il have everything what i need from the golf including
-engine
-box
-ecu
-loom
-clocks
-ignition+key
is there anything else i may need?
