Hi all as I currently have my car in bits and all the water hoses off I fancy a set of silicone hoses. I haven't seen any for sale for our car and not sure if any others fit.

If samco, Forge or SFS don't do them but one of the company's is willing to make some using mine to make the tool would anyone be interested

I'm going to look into this regardless just thought it would be nice to share

Today i emailed forge and am awaiting a response from them.

I did also have a great conversation with Samco so the ball is rolling.

Ok mate will keep you posted on how things are going.

Basically they are interested in working with me to produce the kit and if i can get a group buy together they will do them at a discounted rate once they work out the cost.

Have you had a look at my thread? engine is out and cars in bits

Hopefully get in the garage tonight and do a few more bits as i had to wait for the head bolt tool which i now have.

Yeah I that.. I asked my mate if we could whip the engine out to chane turbo etc but he wasn't keen at all...

I started taking turbo off at 1pm yesterday and finished with turbo in my hand at 8pm that included 3 hours waiting for my mate to turn up with some extra tools..

Thought I didn't do to bad considering

How long you take to get that engine out? All my oil n coolant is already drained so im not far off taking it out

I worked on the car for 2 hours Saturday night just removing the bumper and front panel then from 7:30am - 15:30 Sunday removing the rad etc till it was all done.

Not bad in my eyes all as i was on my own doing it.

Thought I would bump this up to let everyone know that the hose should be done within the next couple of weeks so will have a price very soon.
