Leave the A38 at the Plympton exit (Retail park on left). Go to the Marsh Mills roundabout (Vospers Ford on left hand side) and take the Plympton (1st) exit. Drive to the fourth set of traffic lights and turn right (approx 0.5 mile from roundabout). Take the first left after crossing the railway bridge and Unit 1 Valley Road is immediately on your left.
