Are these likely to cause any paint damage when fitted. Also, are try for a 3 or 5 door?

MINES A 3 DOOR BUT THINK THEY MAY FIT BOTH....PLENTY OF RUBBER CONTACTING ON THE ROOF...SHOULDNT CAUSE ANY PAINT DAMAGE
