After fitting my milltek sports cat and downpipe a couple of days later the engine light has come on!! I look in the book and it said "fault with the exhaust system" would you say this is something to do with the hi flow cat because the car isn't used to it?? Anybody else heard of this?? Any help would be appreciated

And also i forgot to say the traction control (ESP) is constantly off now as well!

Yep this can be mapped out with a stage 2

Milltek sports cat and downpipe = Must have stage 2 map or as above the error mapped out on stage 1

So both lights esp and traction control come on?? Still runs ok so thats a good thing!!

Ehh nope sorry the traction light shouldnt come on just the emissions 1. I used to get bother with my traction disabling. Nice sharp brake or blast the calipers seemed to clear the wee sensor and sorted it.

Only reason my ESP has stayed off was when my MAF died.
Not saying this is what has happened but you'll need to plug it in to find out why.

My mate brought vag com lastnite n checked and the only thing that came up was to do with the lamba sensor!! Just not sure where to get it mapped now as awesome gti have stopped doing revo?? Anybody shed some light??

awesome gti do APR maps again... I'm going back to come off revo and back on apr!

go to votex in congleton, had my mums and brothers passats done there with revo and mines booked in for a service on monday.

top guys and they really know their stuff. wont try and sell you crap and give honest advice!
