What Bushes?

I put this in the G40 section, but I thought Id put it in here as more people look here:
Does anyone reccomend or have any advice for bushes on a G40? mine are shagged. the passenger wheel moves backward a little when you tighten the wheel up and the drivers side wheel sits further back than the passenger side
So I want to change the lot. Is it an easy job? is there any special alignment that needs to be done, etc? or can it be done on my drive by myself?
I think I may go for those cheaper ones that i found on google, but they haven't got back to me with the info yet as theres a few choices of arb diameter and then meatl bushes or something (similar to powerflex)

I know that the number 3 ones are franked, I was told the wheel movement was probably number 1's and I thought that if its gotta be pulled apart, I may as well do the number 2's as well. But that's where the metal thing comes in. Whats it all about? Anyone know?
