Just wondering what shortened droplinks people are rockin?

Ive heard you can use fiesta mondeo? dunno?

Also how hard are they to change??

Mk3 2001 - 2007 ford mondeo drop links,

Around a tenner on ebay and you can get plastic/metal ones

Using fk ones myself but only because a friend gave me them.

Could you do me a favour and measure the total length of the mondeo ones when you get them please.

Just checked and the centre thread but to the other is about 250mm,

I know how big 25cm is but assumed they were would be small as "shortened" would suggest, wonder how big the originals are?

I think they about this long

Tbh I had no idea of drop links before i looked into going lower but now you've said there only what 25mm larger it seems odd they make that much difference to the car.

But yet I got the plastic ones off eBay top buyer for under a tenner

Just a quick update.

Measured my (i believe) fk ones today and they are 160mm bolt to bolt, wen car was on the floor ii measured approx 60mm between the arb and the drive shaft.

So for this the mondeo drop links wouldn't be suitable for my ride height.

New plan as my current links are dead (shant buy this brand again) I'm gonna get stabdEd droplinks and get a friend to shorten them for me.

Do you think ive bought the wrong ones then mate? if ther only 25mm shorter?

Got a pic of your car? i wanna see how low were talkin for yours?

Also why not by the ones you linked?

I've decided I'll make some rose jointed ones, should be doable around £30 and I shouldn't have to worry about em ever again, also I'm a whore
