Engine fault code help please.

My polo 9n 1.4 16v has thrown the engine light on.
Help please.
I've plugged it into a diagnostics and had back these codes.
P0036 send circ heat b1 s2
P0038 circ high.
I replace the lambda under the car but to no luck. Do I need to change the front sensor too?
Funds are low as I recently got made redundant. So I wanna spend as little as loss.
Any help would be appreciated.
