Hi all, its a sad day for me, as im selling my plucky little GTI!
Ok, here goes...
Its a black 3 door, coming up to 82k.
Full leather interior.
PSH up to 67k.
New cam belt and tensioners circa 65k (receipt to prove).
New alternator, clutch and gearbox (not recon. Feels wonderful compared to my old 'box)
£500 worth of nearly new wheels, Beyern mesh 4, 15" 7J ET27 with deep dish mirror cut lips. (picures dont do them justice!)
Car also comes with original BBS RX2's (in need of refurb.)
Bodywork needs some attention, some scratches, scuffs, dints, chips etc. Still a real head turner when freshly cleaned, I have had a lot of compliments on both the car and the wheels! One of my workmates came up and asked me how come i can afford to keep getting new cars!
Interior plastic trim has alot of scratches, i have purchased replacements for most of these. The originals could be painted or wrapped and a spare set to return the car to OEM spec? Scope for a bit of modding anyway !
MOT until october 2013, Tax until end of march 2013. Car will be SORNed for insurance purposes, Stupid rules !

With the wheels, trim, etc. Im looking for as near to £2000 as possible, im losing a ton of money even then !

Just a quick update, a close up of the rims prior to fitting...

Theyre certianly not ugly, but they dont seem to flick too many switches amongst the dub community.
I suppose because they dont have the trademark "euro" thing going on, having said that, they have a certain retro quality.
These cost me about £500 and are only a couple of months old, so £300 of the above price is for these alone.
May consider selling with just the BBS, but i would have to spend on having the tyres swapped etc. so i would really rather not!

HMMMN! not going too well is it?! Well its getting me down seeing my pride and joy sat outside the house collecting leaves ! Ah well i suppose everyone who wants one, has one, and with christmas coming up not a good time for selling. Got a new motor anyway, haa im a big fat traitor!

Not yet, theres a couple of lads at my work who seem interested, for a good price too !. Dont want to get rid, but i blew the savings on another motor!

Oh dear! Just been told my place of work is shutting down Looks like i will need my savings back in the bank rather than sat outside the house!

Ha Ha! Dont worry, im a total novice at this forum malarky! Totally ruined every thread ive posted on like a spamming mo fo ! Will sort some pics tomorrow, though the shine has gone a bit awol.
