Hello I am a new member here this is my polo Gti it has a few mods done to it:

Coilovers
Forge splitter valve
Stage1 Remap
Wind deflectors
Honey comb bottom grills
I also have a full turbo back milltek ready to be placed on.
I am wondering if someone could help me out as I seem to only have one problem with the car. I have a loud squeaking from my front left hand wheel when I turn. It is fine going in a straight line. My thoughts is that the brake is sticking but unsure and wondering if someone could advise me on this.
Also wondering if anyone could tell me if the milltek has a larger diameter pipe work than standard as I am not wanting to fit the full system. Just yet
Thank you J-Dan

Looking good buddy.. The Milltek is a larger diameter than stock, also your original exhaust from the cat back is in one piece so something to consider if you aren't installing the full system. Out of interest why don't you want the full system on?

Welcome to the forum mate
Cars looking great, and a good start of mods on there too!
I believe the pipe diameter on the milltek is bigger as that's where you get the benefits of the system from, someone else will correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is right.
Not sure of the squeaking but again someone should be able to help

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Yes the Milltek system is larger in diameter it's 2.5".
Which part are you wanting to fit?
I believe you can fit the cat back to the original downpipe with a reducer and this may be included in the box when you purchase.
They don't usually supply a reducer for the downpipe but anything is possible.
Be aware when fitting the downpipe you'll get a CEL light come on which can be sorted when mapped to stage 1.5/2.
Hope that helps.

Hi yes I am just wanting to fit the catback system. As don’t want to have the light on.It is the sports cat if that makes a difference? looks like I will just need to sell the cat then as not looking to stage2 it any time soon. I do not have a reducer with the exhaust. Do you know which size reducer I will need to get made up? Thank you.

Took my car for a dyno day and pretty pleased with the outcome seeing how all that is done is a stage1 map.
