management light on...

have had the management light come on a couple times in the last week and have read code each time and getting p0101 mass air flow meter.after some checking the car doesnt have a maf so any ideas what it means ???

you need to get it on vag com. that will give you a much more accurate diagnosis suited to vw models. if you dont know anyone with it then call a local independant/vw specialist who will scan it for you
